You probably have heard the phrase “pain is just weakness leaving the body”. I think that’s a little bit of an exaggeration. While there are definitely things that hurt you and leave you feeling less than great, there are also things that don’t hurt at all and leave you feeling great.
In my own house, some of the things that don’t hurt me or at least don’t cause any pain or stress include:
Get a few good tools
in the kitchen.
I love cooking, but it’s not always easy to get all of my ingredients together in one place. I have a few tools that make it easier for me to organize my pantry and kitchen space so I’m less likely to forget about something important.
I have the following tools:
A magnetic spice rack that holds my spices. I love using this because it keeps the spices organized and makes it easy to find what I’m looking for. I use a regular wooden cutting board to chop and prepare my food, but sometimes it’s nice to have a separate space for all of my cooking utensils. A chef’s knife and a sturdy cutting board are great tools for chopping and preparing food, but they can also be dangerous if you don’t keep them sharpened. I use the Chef’s Knife Sharpener by Chef’n to keep my knife sharp at all times! Just make sure you know how to safely sharpen your knife before doing so.
A small wire rack that holds my herbs and spices. I like this rack because it keeps my herbs and spices organized so I know exactly where to find them.
A cutting board that holds all of my kitchen knives. I have several large cutting boards in my kitchen but only one of them is dedicated to holding all of my knives. This cutting board is made from bamboo and is a great way to store your knives when you aren’t using them.
A wooden spoon holder that holds all of my spoons in one place. I love this tool because it looks nice on the wall, but it also serves a practical purpose: keeping my spoons organized and accessible!
Prepare yourself mentally and emotionally
You may have heard the saying “practice makes perfect”. This is one of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever heard.
It’s true. You’ll learn how to do something by doing it over and over again until you get it right, but you will never really be good at it unless you practice a lot. Practicing helps your body to adapt to change and develop speed and efficiency. It also strengthens your mind and mind-set, which is especially important for online marketing campaigns.
Your online marketing campaign — whether it’s an SEO or social media campaign — can be likened to practicing at the driving range when you’re feeling nervous about taking your first step out of the car. It just takes time, but with time comes experience, which eventually leads to confidence.
Try to do these tasks in the same order every time
In the same way that we’ve seen in the previous two posts, this one is just as important. When you do something over and over again, it becomes second nature to you. It’s even harder to switch back and forth between different tasks once they become routine.
I used to be a terrible task-switcher. I would choose to do one thing while I was on my feet or driving somewhere, but then once I was seated, I’d have a hard time switching gears and getting into another task. In this post, we’ll look at some of the ways you can be more efficient when switching tasks.
Focus on your breathing
Remember to focus on your breathing. Breathing is one of the most important aspects of meditation and mindfulness. In fact, every single breath you take helps you get into a state of relaxation and better concentration. When you’re in a relaxed state, your brain can make fewer mistakes when it comes time to perform tasks that require your attention.
The same thing happens when you’re stressed out—your brain can make fewer mistakes when it comes time to think about something more complex or interesting than focusing on the task at hand.
When you’re stressed out, try to ignore the things that are bothering you and concentrate on relaxing your body and mind. This will help calm down any negative emotions, thoughts or feelings that might be causing stress with no harm done to you whatsoever. Just breathe slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes (or however long it takes). You’ll feel great!
Use these tips for as long as needed

Some of these tips are things you can do yourself. Others require the help of others. You can read more about how others have benefited from these tips in this post.
Viomi Robot Vacuum Alpha UV (S9)
Viomi Alpha UV(S9)’s ultraviolet light strip on the bottom of the vacuum is claimed to kill 5 kinds of common floor bacteria with 99.99% sterilization rate. Once the vacuum is done with cleaning and returns to charge the base station will hoover up all the collected dirt from the 2-in-1 container. When you lift the lid of the base station you will see a 3L dust bag, just like in a standard house vacuum. Viomi claims the dust bag should be changed every month but that would really depend on the size of the area cleaned and how dirty the floors get.
Navigation is excellent, the movements are precise and there’s a minimum of bumping other objects, its especially good at recognizing dark surfaces which used to be an issue in older vacuums. Viomi Alpha UV(S9) uses LDS2.0 sensor with SLAM algorithm for navigation situated in the centrally located turret. That makes it only 9.8 cm high and capable to crawl and clean under furniture. In case the clearance is barely there a pressure sensor in the turret will ensure it will not get stuck.
